- E.M. Pemrick and Company is part of a team of consultants working on a new comprehensive plan for the Village of Port Chester, NY. The plan is being developed by Laberge Group to guide the growth and development of this urban community in Westchester County; other subconsultants include Synthesis LLP and Mullin Associates Incorporated. The plan is expected to be adopted in 2009.
